Our client is a full-service international marketing agency that creates innovative, data-driven experiences for some of the world's most well-known brands.
We’re currently looking for a Process & Project Manager with strong JIRA expertise and native or near-native (C2) English to establish and manage key operations and strategic projects across the agency.

You will act as the crucial link between the creative, account, and operations teams. In your role, you will work closely with senior leadership, different international hubs, and cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact projects aligned with agency standards and timelines.

As a Process & Project Manager, your mission will be to ensure seamless project delivery and drive process excellence. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring both advanced project management expertise and a deep understanding of JIRA-based planning environments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Be the key link between creative teams and support departments.
Own and manage JIRA (including dashboards, workflows, boards) and encourage its adoption and best practices across teams.
Lead task planning and time tracking, ensuring efficient workload distribution and delivery alignment.
Identify, implement, and continuously improve internal processes to drive operational excellence.
Oversee full project lifecycle management: scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
Align workflows with different international hubs to support transnational initiatives.
Create and maintain internal documentation: process maps, SOPs, playbooks, onboarding guides, etc.
Support reporting and presentations alongside the operations team.
Coordinate budget tracking, resource allocation, and time reporting in collaboration with different teams.
Facilitate collaboration across a wide range of project types: digital, traditional, retail, etc.
What are they looking for? 🕵️♀️
3–5 years of experience in project or operations management, ideally in marketing agencies.
Expert-level proficiency in JIRA is essential, including custom workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project pipelines.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive attitude and problem-solving approach.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English at a native or C2 level (spoken and written) is a must.
It would be nice if you had an understanding of creative workflows across various platforms found in agencies.
